We pride ourselves on the fact that we offer our intellectual work for free. The many workbooks, tutorials, and other information based commodities are given to you at no cost. Our philosophy is the same philosophy behind the free-ware movement. The basis of most of what we do is concerned with learning and self-realization, both of which are essential for the existence of any democratic state.
The fact that we believe that education and self-realization are attributes that every society should provide to its citizens, does not mean that we feel that everything should be free. This type of thinking is naive, and the creation and maintenance of this site does come with costs. Since this site is a labor of love, then we have no expectations of being compensated for the time that is used to create this site.
Here are some of the costs that we have incurred since the formation of this site:
- Registration of domain name
- Yearly costs for our Internet host
- We recently just purchased a scanner so that we could scan the numerous workbooks by TD Lingo, and papers that we only have hard-copies of
- Dreamweaver and Fireworks are both applications paid for out of pocket and are essential for the creation of this site
- Continually upgrading our hardware
- A digital camera for photographing images used in our tutorials
- And the list goes on...
For those who are using the tutorials and/or workbooks or downloading some of our music then it could be rationalized that you are receiving a product from us .Which is great. Some may feel obligated to pay for the products that they are using and may not have the means to pay. Regardless of the reason for not paying, we feel that we have come up with a pretty fair way for our users to help us out financially. Basically, you can do one of three things to help us build our coffers.

You can click on the advertising links found on the bottom of each page. Note: we have reduced the number of ads on our pages, and moved the ads to the bottom of each page. You can purchase items from any of our "affiliates." The affiliate ads are the large image ads. We will soon have a page containing all of the companies that we are affliated with.
