Create Forum Buttons

In this tutorial you’ll see how to create nice looking buttons you can use for forums or blogs etc.

STEP ONE

After you started with a New document, select the Rectangle tool and draw a rectangle, 120 pixels of width and 25 pixels of height. Set border to 1, 1-Pixel Soft style, ##30769C color. Then, set the rectangle’s roundness to 50.

STEP TWO

Now, set Gradient -> Linear bacgkround and set values like they’re marked on the image below.

STEP THREE

Then, set background texture to Line-Diag 1 and amount of texture to 10.

That’s all and the button is finished.
